On July 1st, I was entrusted with Field Director responsibility, a newly established role at Great Commission Ministry Ethiopia designed to strengthen missional effectiveness and sustainability. This role oversees strategies focused on Evangelism and Discipleship, including the Global Church Movement (GCM), Student-Led Movement (SLM), and Leader Strategies (LS). God has accomplished remarkable things through our collective efforts in the past six months under my leadership. Over 1.5 million people heard the gospel message, and over 64,000 people decided to follow Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. Our God is at work as it’s written, “My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I too am working.” John 5:17 (NIV)

Global Church Movement (GCM)

• 40,508 individuals trained in evangelism, discipleship, leadership, and vision casting
• 1,452,091 people reached with the Gospel
• 59,773 decisions for Christ
• 572 churches and groups planted, with 8,869 new believers
• 38,136 individuals engaged in weekly Bible study
• 36,392 people mobilized in prayer

Student-Led Movement (SLM)

• 6,203 students trained in leadership, discipleship, and evangelism
• 122,565 people reached with the Gospel
• 4,062 decisions for Christ
• 42 new student fellowships established

Leader Strategies (LS)

• 1,445 leaders trained across 11 cities
• 604 leaders reached with the Gospel
• 274 decisions for Christ
• 51 professional Bible study groups established
